General Information

The Investment Option Periods we offer are conveniently designed to not only meet the varying time schedules of different individuals and organizations, but they also serve as graduated plat-forms of time-frames, allowing members to grow in experience and confidence with our organization.

Investment Option Periods are available for four months, eight months, and twelve months respectively.

Upon completion of the Contract Period, (maturity date), the Principle Investment amount is returned, which includes the last month's Interest Earning Payment and any Bonus Payments for referrals. Members may e-mail to us their intent to partially or fully withdraw, or, roll-over their funds prior to the Maturity Date.

Roteth Investments LLC is strictly a Private Investment Company which performs Administrative Investment Tasks on behalf of its members and does not with hold any taxes, nor bears the responsibility of reporting member's earnings. Except in the event that we are audited, tax matters are strictly the sole responsibility of the individual members. We do, however, provide members with earning statements both during and at the end of their investment periods.

The minimum investment amount begins at $2000 USD. For all amounts invested, an indication as to the source of funds is required on the application. Unless you are providing a check from your personal or business account, a copy of the transaction, reflecting the source, should be provided when funds are submitted. A simple letter or document from the financial institution providing the funds will minimize the approval time. Funds from personal sources are also allowed such as loans or gifts, as long as the provider supplies a copy of the withdrawal from their account.

Roteth Investments LLC discourages any and all forms of money-laundering activities. Aside from our initial clearance, the Affiliate Investment Companies may perform their own due diligence on new member applications.

Investments of one million dollars or more will require a prior 72 hour administrative approval.

Members residing in the continental United States have the option of receiving their monthly earnings as follows; monthly, every other month, or, at the end of the Contract Period.

For those Members electing to receive their earnings monthly, or every other month; a Check or Money Order is forwarded by U.S. Mail directly to the members designated address within two to three business days following the start of each month. (Please allow an additional two to four days for mail service)

The Monthly Anniversary Date is established by the Affiliate Trader. A confirmation notice of that date and the amount of funds received is immediately sent to the member's designated e-mail address.

Funds being requested for monthly payments are wired to Roteth Investments LLC from the Affiliate Trader(s) before they can be further processed for mailing. The processing of monthly payments will attract a flat servicing fee of $3 USD.

There is no fee charged for the processing of final payments forwarded at the end of the Contract Period.

Based on the initial investment amount, Members residing outside of the United States (International Members) have the option of having their monthly earnings wired directly into their International Bank Account(s), or, leave it to grow in their Roteth Account until the end of the Contract Period. There is, however, an expense associated with the wire process.

Because the servicing of payments on International Accounts can best be performed by Wire Transfer, there is a standard bank charge of $35 for each Wire Transaction. Members should also be aware that their banks may likely charge an additional service fee for receiving the Wire Transfer, thereby nearly doubling their expense.

Due to the costly nature of wiring International Funds which impacts the member's earnings, Roteth Investments does not usually recommend this payment service for accounts below $7,000 USD. However, to assist its members who select the monthly option, Roteth Investments will absorb $20 of the bank charges for accounts with balances of $7,000 USD and above. Only the remaining $15, and Roteth's $3 processing fee, for a total of $18 will apply.

For those individuals and organizations which make financial contributions to humanitarian causes, we will apply an additional one-fourth (1/4) percentage point to your earnings for the duration of your Investment Period.
(In order to qualify for this benefit, a non-profit organization must be listed on the application as the recipient of the monthly, or, end of contract interest payment(s). Your principle investment will be returned to you at the maturity date, unless we are further instructed by you to fund another or the same charity)
(Charitable organizations can also contribute to themselves.)

An example of an alternative contributive solution is as follows; if your organization is considering a sizable donation to a charitable cause, here is a way in which you can leverage your donations and make the most out of your contribution dollars:

Invest the Principle Amount as a member of Roteth Investments LLC and indicate your charity's name and address as the monthly recipient/beneficiary of the 3.75% interest benefit.

Your charity enjoys the benefits of a respectable 3.75% Monthly Interest Earnings on the total of your Investment Dollars for the period you select, and, at the end of the Investment Option Period, you'll receive back your Initial Principle Investment to continue your donations with that charity, or, other causes you desire to assist.

Please remember that your contributions are Tax Deductible up to the IRS limits and should be used in the year which those contributions were made.
